The Company Profile

The A.P.Legal Services Pvt.Ltd. is incorporated under the Companies Act in September 1999 to create one of the largest E-legal services network in the country and abroad with the base in Andhra Pradesh. The company’s interest is to provide professionalised, efficient and prompt legal service delivering structures and reduce the time and expense in transactional and justice delivering processes. The corporate structure under the A.P.Legal Services Pvt.Ltd. is designed to achieve the vision of providing all legal services under one roof into a reality.

The promoter of the company, Mr.S.Lakshma Reddy, has post-graduated in Applied Economics and Econometrics from Osmania University, is a practicing lawyer with rich experience in various areas of practice for the past two decades in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. His vision has been complimented through association of Sri.D.S.Sharma, the Chief Executive of the company. Mr.Sharma, a post-graduate in Business Management from Osmania University, and is having varied experience in the fields of commercial banking, merchant banking, infrastructure, financial management and management consultancy for over two decades.
