The modern technologies have removed the existing national barriers and this has further complicated the issues due to several international laws touching the very same subject matter of transactions between the parties. The E-Commerce conducted through on-line transactions is one such instance of several areas where such problems will be cropping up. Unless our legal fraternity understands these on-going changes at the global arena effecting our existing professional expertise and updates themselves to the global standards, we may be lagging behind in the competition and in the end result, the clients and the general public are likely to loose confidence and trust in our ability to deliver the required professional services to them. Unless this growing gap between our existing expertise and the on-going demands from the global arena is reduced, the Corporate and general public including the Governmental institutions will search for the professional legal services somewhere outside India or outside the State. We want to bring to the notice of our friends that even in many of the professional services, our State Government has been entrusting the jobs to the foreign associations due to the above factors and paying them hefty fees. We therefore thought that it is now time to create such legal delivery structure as to enable our advocates and legal fraternity to meet the new challenges. In meeting these new challenges, to uphold the rule of law and Constitutional Culture and to promote the overall development of the State, while protecting the fundamental rights of the citizens with adequate social security, we have to work in several dimensions and the legal fraternity will have to discharge their duty.

The A.P.Legal Services Private Limited is infact established with that objective and the present effort in conducting the seminar is in the said direction only. We have prepared the brochures of the Company and circulated among all our Advocate friends. Those, who want to join hands with the organisation, may send their willingness.
