The Center offers Helpline Services to the parties interested in utilizing Conciliation / Arbitration Services for settlement of their disputes. For this purpose the Counselling wing of the center headed by a Chief Counsellor (at the Center Head Quarters) Mr. T. Amarnath Sharma and Counsellors (in different parts of the state) will assist the parties in basic screening of the Case, offering of recommended contract clauses and submission agreements, corresponding with the parties, convening informal meeting between the parties, clarification of doubts, providing information regarding the services offered by the center and list of Arbitrators / Conciliators available at the center and any other assistance required by the parties from time to time to ensure smooth conduct of Conciliation / Arbitration.
