A.P.Legal Services (P) Ltd. has been incorporated with the main objective of facilitating legal structures for the growth and the development of individual and state. Towards achieving this broader goal we are taking up various programmes under “Legal Education and Training”, “Research and Development” and “Web Based Publishing”. So far we have conducted the following events which have generated lot of debate and discussion and were useful to the members of Bar, Executives etc.

1. “E-Commerce - Legal Issues in the new Millennium” - Seminar.

2. “Legal Reforms for Resurgence of Small and Medium Enterprises” - in collaboration with National Institute of Small Industry Extension Training which is “A Govt. of India Society”.

Further in the process we would like to conduct a lecture series on various subjects connected with Law and Interdisciplinary subjects. In this connection we wish to network with the organisations and to collaborate with them to achieve the objectives.
World over there is a growing importance given to the autonomy of Investigation and Prosecution for increasing the professional expertise in the emerging, complex technoeconomic scene and to impart fair play and ensure equality before law. Under these circumstances we are taking up the above cited subject for discussion followed by an interactive session.
