    Aim: Transperancy in the Investigation and Prosecution Processes and to establish the credibility of the agencies for better governance, optimal utilization of resources for public good.

    3. Public is not having trust on Police. Hence to create the office of Ombudsman.
    4. Complain Authority - Against the misdemeanor of the Police Authority
    5. Japan - Corruption charges will be prosecuted by Spl. Attorney General and directly charge sheeted before the court like Crown Prosecution Agency in UK which is an autonomous body.
    6. Training and Assignment in congruencies
    7. Appointment / Assignment of specialist functions to experts from various fields and private sector for attaining professional excellence.
    8. Authority of Appointment and to decide on Tenure should not with.Parliamentary / Legislative Committees

    Money -There is no independent Investigation and Prosecution authorities

    Political corruption if effectively checked, it paves the way for quality change and improvement in development process.

    For the present in the existing system neither public, police nor politicians are happy with the systems and the results of the actions.

    In case of differences of opinion between Parliamentary/Legislative committees and Chief Executive of the Centre or State an arbitrator preferably a retired judge to be appointed as Arbitrator whose decision will be finding on both the parties.

    Some of the top ranking professionals with whom we interacted felt that the concept is good, it is difficult to get the institutional reforms. But the concerted informed efforts to educate legislators, professionals and public will lead us to achieve the goals.

    c. IPR- WTO Issues -International Convention

    - The company proposes to conduct Bi-monthly evening lectures at a convenient venue and suitable date.
    - The lectures by eminent persons from different disciplines would then light on current issues and the same could be discussed at length

    -  Para Legal Services such as drafting etc. have become very imprtantant aspect of a lawyers functioning which is however is being taken very casually by qualified lawyers. Thus it is being done by non-advocates and this area requires 1« of training in order to upgrade the standards in this area.

    4. District Programmes in collaboration with other Institutions -Programmes on E-Commerce in collaboration with SISI and Commissioner of Industries District wise as required by AP Govt. This type of programmes would help in creating awarmess amoog die rural masses.

B) Legal Awareness Programmes -ElKtronic Media

    1. Radio Talks
    Electronic media is an excellent way by which one could convey die message. Over years it has been Radio which has been very effective in education die masses with good programmes. Legal access through Radio by organising informative talks by eminent persoos from legal field would help the people in knowing their rights and duties. The company arrange such programs.

    2. TV half an hour programmes

    Over past two decades the advent of Tile vision has become a tool for required change. The audio-visual media has very good effect on public. Hence company would arrange discussion on important topics on different channels.

C) Diploma Courses - Collaboration with NALSAR - Harvard University - Oxford University

  • The company proposes to conduct, diploma courses in collaboration with NALSAR and foreign universities
  • The diploma courses like Cyber laws and ...her subjects will be finalised in the near future. with die assistance of expetts in each area and the same once crystaIlised would be informed to all our members

  • There are above 30,000 lawyers practicing in various courts of Andhra Pradesh in various District, Sub Divisional and Munsif Courts and approximately 8000 lawyers are practicing in twin cities alone. There is no proper scope for these members to get the latest and appropriate professional advice. We would like to bridge this gap by providing on-line guidance to these professionals in addition to conducting seminars, training to fresh lawyers and lawyers having certain years of experience. They can have online access to the website of the company and in case of specific query they can contact the central office or the district office for suggestion guidance on the relevant topic.

Young lawyers and students can be trained in the areas of documentation, :filing with the courts and relevant authorities, representing the matters on behalf the clients.
